Firetruck Cake

Body: Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache icing between the two layers and on top, covered with fondant
Front/Hood area: Vanilla cake with chocolate ganache
This was a birthday cake for a firefighter. The two pieces were attached and covered with dyed red fondant. The fondant was then painted over with edible red shimmer powder and the other pieces were added and covered with edible silver shimmer powder. The wheels were oreo cookies with fondant attached for the rims. The flag was a toothpick.
