Vanilla cupcakes with chocolate icing.


The black cake wrappers were embellished with matching ribbon, and the icing was dyed black for the cupcakes. The 30s are made from pink and blue (melting) chocolate, and there are silver draguees for further embellishments.

Baseball Cake

Body: Two-layered cake, chocolate and vanilla with bailey's buttercream in between the layers, covered with vanilla buttercream and fondant

This was a birthday cake for a baseball fan. The accessories were fit into the top layer of the cake and then the cake was covered with fondant, and then painted over with orange shimmer. The baseball is solid white chocolate, the cracker jack box is graham crackers, covered with fondant and then hand drawn with edible ink markers. The sheet music to "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" is hand written on fondant, and then rolled up. The logo is fondant, and the writing around the logo is edible ink.

Wine Cake

Bottom Layer: Chocolate cake with vanilla icing, covered with fondant


Top Layer: Vanilla cake with chocolate icing, covered with fondant

This was a cake made for a wine tasting party. White fondant was put over the cake, and ribbon matching the invitations was put around the lower edges of each layer. Royal icing was dyed to match the purple in the ribbon, and was used for the accents of the sides and for the grapes on top.

This was a birthday cake with a princess/unicorn theme. The layers were covered with dyed pink fondant, and ribbon covered the cake seam. Fondant unicorn silhouettes and hearts surrounded the bottom layer. Fondant butterflies with royal icing accents were placed all over the cake, and a fondant unicorn with painted accents was placed on the bottom layer. The castle was built from graham crackers and covered with fondant, then topped with fondant cutouts. The writing was done with royal icing.

Front/Hood area: Vanilla cake with chocolate ganache

This was a birthday cake for a firefighter. The two pieces were attached and covered with dyed red fondant. The fondant was then painted over with edible red shimmer powder and the other pieces were added and covered with edible silver shimmer powder. The wheels were oreo cookies with fondant attached for the rims. The flag was a toothpick.

Body: Vanilla cake with vanilla icing between layers, topped with chocolate icing and covered with fondant


This cake was for a Penn State fan. I used a white cake recipe and dyed the inside blue with the white vanilla icing to create the team colors in every slice. I added a hint of coffee essence to the cake. The fondant was dyed light blue and then covered with edible blue shimmer tinted darker with black dye. The nittany lion outline was then cut out from the fondant and attached on top.

Vanilla cake with chocolate icing, covered with fondant

This cake was made for a Bridal Shower for a Destination Wedding. The water was created by mixing blues to the fondant and covering the fondant with edible blue shimmer dust. The top layer was colored and covered with clear edible crystal glitter to look like sand. The seashells were painted fondant, as were the lawn chairs, the flip flops, and the bottle. The umbrella is a toothpick umbrella.

Card: Two-layered dark chocolate sheet cake with Bailey's Custard in the middle with chocolate icing, covered with fondant.

Game Pieces: Vanilla cake with vanilla icing, covered with fondant.

This cake was made for the opening night of the play "The Odd Couple: The Female Version." The game pieces were petit fours covered with colored fondant, and the pie pieces were made from fondant as well. The cake was covered with fondant and the writing was done with an edible ink marker, and the added decorations were all fondant.

Body: Mini Vanilla Cakes covered with Pourable Chocolate Fondant


These petit fours were for a birthday.
One cake was baked and cut down to four equal petit fours and covered with the pourable chocolate fondant. The toppers were all molded from fondant, and silver dragees were used as extra embellishments. All the cakes were then neatly packaged in a color coordinated box.

Body: Chocolate Fudge Cake with Chocolate Icing, covered with fondant

This cake was for a birthday. Silver powder dust was used to paint the IPod silver. The writing was done freehand with edible marker, and the picture was printed and placed on a piece of fondant. The earbuds were licorice, rolos, and mini pretzel rods covered in fondant.

This was a birthday cake, about two feet long. The fondant was dyed red and ivory, and the silver was painted on with a silver powder dust. The knobs were Hershey Kisses, the screws were silver dragees, the strings were dental floss, and the frets were candy ties. Everything else was molded from fondant.
